Reservation Rules and Policies

1. All rates are in Thai Baht and are exclude 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

2. Guarantee by credit card for Low and High Season, Full Pre-Payment for Peak Season

3. We encourage using our booking facility as rooms will be confirmed instantly through the system. Reservation number will be given once the payment is made by credit card.

4. Alternatively, reservation can be made via email. E-hotel voucher will be sent after the payment has been successful and voucher can be printed out and present it to the hotel upon check in.

5. Transfer rate: Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport – Hotel @ THB 1,200.- per car per way (Maximum 3 people) or @ THB 1,600.- per van per way (Maximum 7 people).

Cancellation Rules & Policy:

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.

No Show

In case of NO Show, there is a minimum penalty charge of one night, except for the peak season (25-Dec to 5-Jan), No Show penalty will be charged at 100% of the total value of booking.

Refunds

Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the payment was charged. There is an administration fee of 10%, which will be charged on the refunded amount.

Amendment

Amendment to your reservation is possible and must be made through our office via info@evergreenplacebangkok.com no less than 7 business days prior to your check-in date. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, shorten of stay, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Amended reservations cannot however be cancelled.

Child Policy:

Child at the age of 4 – 11 years old, sharing the same room with parents without requiring an extra bed only pay for ABF @THB 200. Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed 1,000 baht for room only and 1,200 baht include breakfast.
